Processing
C&H calcetines ships orders once a week. Orders placed after 11AM on Friday (Japan time), Saturday, Sunday, and national Japanese holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We ship our socks by International ePacket, an international registered airmal service. Tracking service is available for some countries. Shipping time to an European country takes about 4 to 9 business days. We ship online orders once a week. Please keep this in mind when calculating how long it will take to get your order.
Shipping fees for purchases over 5,000JPY (about 43 Euro) will be free.

返品について

If you are unhappy with your order you can return your unused socks within 30 days receiving your order. The goods must be new and unused with their packaging intact. Send us an email letting us know what you are returning and why and mail the unworn product, with its packaging, back to the other above.
We cannot refund shipping and/or delivery charges. Please be also aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition that we feel is not fit for exchange or refund, we shall get in touch with you. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. We will not accept an item for return or exchange that has been worn, washed or with tag's removed. We will not refund or exchange items that we believe fail to meet the standards explained above.
